The aim of this project was the implementation of a Universal Accessibility Management System (SGAU) in the Ciudad Condal Transport company (TCC), which guarantees all people (users and workers) the same access and use of built environment possibilities and, at the same time allowing everyone to enjoy the services that are provided.
